Who we are
Qurb is an AI enquiry-handling service for businesses in Qatar, operated from Doha. Contact: hello@usequrb.com.
What we collect
When you request a pilot we collect your name, company, work email, WhatsApp number, business type, website or Instagram page, and your answers about enquiry channels, monthly volume and start timing. When you request Qurb Growth we collect the same contact details plus what you sell, whether you have advertised before, the advertising budget you have in mind and what you want to achieve. When you try the live demo we collect your name and phone number and record the demo call so you can play it back.
Why we use it
To contact you about the pilot or about Qurb Growth, to assess whether Qurb fits your business, to run the demo call you asked for, and to improve the service. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it goes
Your details are stored on our systems and shared only with the providers we need to run the service, such as telephony and email delivery, under contract. Demo calls are placed through licensed telephony providers.
How long we keep it
Pilot requests for up to 12 months after our last contact. Demo call recordings and transcripts for up to 30 days.
Your rights
Under Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 (PDPPL) you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Write to hello@usequrb.com and we will respond within 30 days.
